Lindsay Dean, Regional Director of Compliance, Quality & Risk

Lindsay Dean, BA, CAS

Regional Director of Compliance, Quality & Risk

Lindsay Dean, BA, CAS, is Regional Director of Compliance, Quality & Risk, supporting treatment programs across the Alsos Behavioral Health network. She brings more than 10 years in behavioral health and is a Certified Addiction Specialist with a bachelor's degree in psychology and a minor in personal health. Lindsay began her career in direct patient care as a mental health technician, crisis intervention specialist, and counselor — experience that shaped her understanding of how trauma affects a person's willingness to engage with treatment, and that still informs how she approaches compliance work. As she moved into senior leadership her focus shifted to building treatment programs that hold clinical quality and regulatory integrity together rather than trading one for the other. She served as Program Director at one of the largest opioid treatment programs in Colorado, leading multidisciplinary teams and expanding access to care. Her work now spans accreditation, quality improvement, and risk management across the network's facilities.
