A few rules apply to every visit.

When are visiting hours?

Family Day visitation is held on Fridays from 3:00 to 4:45 p.m. Each patient may have up to two visitors at a time.

When can I first visit?

Patients become eligible for visitation after completing a 10-day blackout period.

How do I schedule a visit?

Visits must be scheduled through the patient's therapist. For other visiting questions, contact Isaac Guanajuato, our visitation contact, at 720.805.9715.

Can I bring my phone?

Cell phones should be left in the visitor's vehicle whenever possible. Phones brought inside must be secured in a designated locker during the visit and will be returned afterward.

Can I bring a pet?

No. Pets are not permitted on facility property.

Who can visit?

All visitors must be approved and have a valid Release of Information authorization on file. Visitors must be at least 18 years old.

A Release of Information is your loved one's written permission. Federal privacy law protects treatment records. Before our team can talk with you about your loved one's care, your loved one needs to give written permission. Family programming works the same way.

Visitors may park in the onsite parking lot or use available street parking. Do not park in the circle drive. It is a designated fire lane and must remain clear.

How do I pick up my loved one's belongings?

Personal belongings may be picked up from the Intake Office in Building A during regular business hours.
